I am married to Frances Badagliacca who is originally from Fitchburg and we have been married for over 33 years. We have three grown children - Mandy, Lauren and Kathryn all of whom work within the local community and are the proud grandparents of Gianna Morgan Koula who is Mandy's daughter. We spent 30 years living in Leominster, raising our children and sending them to local schools and colleges. We now reside in the Bridlecross Condominiums in Fitchburg.
I hold a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and my Professional Engineering License in Massachusetts. I have worked for businesses that allowed me the opportunity to travel all over the world and to interact with many other cultures. In 2004, I chose to change my profession to satisfy the love I always had for the Real Estate business. Working for Century 21 has offered wonderful opportunities to develop my skills in working with both Buyers and Sellers within both the Residential and Commercial Markets.
This year, my daughter Kathryn has joined me at Century 21 and we are working together as "The Simpson Realty Team". We look forward to working together and supporting our clients needs in both the reidential and commercial areas of real estate.
